Outpost Gatherings are intentional retreats designed for mission leaders who carry the weight of leading global and local outreach. These are not conferences. They are curated spaces for deep conversation, unhurried rest, and spiritual clarity, where you’re known, heard, and strengthened.

Gatherings are built around three pillars:

Rest – Step away from daily demands and regain perspective.
Relationship – Connect with others who understand your challenges.
Resources – Leave with fresh tools, shared wisdom, and renewed vision for your role.

Through small group dialogue, best-practice sharing, and expert-led discussion, you’ll gain practical insight for your ministry and encouragement for your soul.

Spots are limited and prioritized based on cultural fit, leadership role, and relational connection. Most participants are invited through personal recommendation or participation in the Outpost Network.
